Hi, I’m Yvette Costa.

I too had a successful career that left me feeling tired, burned out and far less happy than I SHOULD have been.  I wasn’t engaged at work or at home. My performance was slipping and I wasn’t a strong team mate.

I fantasized about running away from my corporate job to just teach yoga someplace on a beach.  

I knew I had a good life and but it didn’t feel like I had a good life.

This prompted me to embark on an in-depth pursuit of the knowledge, skills and experiences to make what I knew match what I felt.

My pursuits have resulted in a lot of credentials! I am now a registered Yoga Teacher, a Certified Yoga Therapist, certified in the Science of Happiness and Positive Psychology and am a Professional Certified Coach.  

These studies have helped me to find happiness, learn to be consistently engaged & interact positively with all the teams in my life.

But it took time. Too much time.  

What I’ve come to realize is that it doesn’t have to be complicated, take a bunch of time or require you to remodel your life.
